Hampden

Located near the Franceville sector of the Parc national du Mont-Mégantic (PNMM) and the Parc régional du Marécage-des-Scots, the Hampden shed provides a place to take a break while tracing the origin of the first French immigrants to venture this territory. The scenic view highlights the mountains surrounding Mount Megantic and invites experienced outdoor enthusiasts to climb them or simply walk in the beautiful valley of the Ruisseau de la Montagne, whose trail is located not too far from the shed and provides access to several waterfalls.
